BhamRepair ("we") does home repair and stump work in the Birmingham area, and we help people in recovery find work. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms or send us by email: - Your name (or business name) and a phone number or email address - Details about the job or request, and your ZIP code or address when a job needs it - For crew interest, the skills you list. We never ask about recovery, health, or criminal history. - For nominations, a first name and the reason, shared with that person's permission

We don't use photo uploads, ad trackers, or tracking cookies on our forms. Our host, Cloudflare, may process basic technical data, like your IP address, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To reply to you, give quotes, schedule and do work, and keep basic job records. That's all.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email to BhamRepair. They aren't stored on our website or in a database. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

No one, unless: - we need it to do your job (for example, a utility-locate request for an address), or - the law requires it.

Recovery and sensitive information

We never share anyone's recovery status. Crew-interest messages and nominations are kept confidential.

How long we keep it

We delete form emails about 12 months after the last contact, unless we need them for an active job, a warranty, or a legal obligation.

To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our forms aren't meant for anyone under 18.
